The Vanteaux residence is closest to the medical school and the Limoges teaching hospital. It sits in the Vanteaux district, historically a student area, near the health campus. University Meissonier (La Borie) is also reachable from the hospital by STCL public transport in about twenty minutes.
Yes, absolutely. The CROUS grant is tied to your student social application (DSE), not to the type of home. You can receive a means-tested CROUS grant and live in a private Begip residence. The grant and APL or ALS can also be combined, which can very significantly reduce your monthly net cost.
Yes, Begip offers both unfurnished homes and homes with furniture provided in its residences in Limoges. The availability of furnished studios varies. Let the agency know your needs when you get in touch. Note that kitchenettes are included and equipped in the studios of Begip’s residences.
